COVID-19 Update: A message to our OMG Shopzone family

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?
  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and other holidays.

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: Global Express Shipping (10-15 days),Standard Shipping (15-28 days).

 

Note: Some Special Countries and Islands may take up to 2 months to deliver, so please keep in mind when ordering.

ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?

We’re trying to. Minor delays are happening internationally.

Our most recent update is that we're currently only shipping from our warehouses from Monday to Friday. However, we'll be catching up on weekend orders at the start of the week, so it may take a few days for you to receive your shipping confirmation email. So don't panic, we've received your order & are working as quickly as we can to dispatch it, without compromising the safety of our team.

We’ll be sure to communicate any significant delays with you using the email address that you enter at checkout.

Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain Holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment, engraved (if applicable), safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

 

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please contact us within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue request may not be accepted.
